Isotop® Cathodic Dip-Coated (CDC) Steel springs
Using Isotop Cathodic Dip-Coated (CDC) Steel springs as vibration-isolating elements brings many advantages, which can significantly improve both the performance and reliability of isolated devices. Due to their low natural frequency, anti-vibration spring mounts have excellent isolation properties and are particularly suitable for machines such as fans or ventilators that exhibit low-frequency disturbing frequencies. The spring elements are designed to dampen vibrations and absorb shocks in a vertical direction. They are widely used in the automotive industry, in machine engineering and in the building sector.
Isotop® CDC Steel springs are impressive
- Low natural frequency provides the highest levels of vibration isolation.
- Best for applications with low excitation frequencies in industrial environments.
- Consistent overall height within one product range enables maximum flexibility.
The right Isotop® Steel spring for every application
- Natural frequency from 3.5 Hz.
- Low overall height of 57 mm.
- Cathodic Dip-Coated (CDC) for increased corrosion protection.
- Secure connection between the plate and the spring thanks to special adhesive.
- M 8 internal thread.
- Simple load control thanks to open design.
- Spring design conforms to DIN EN 13906-1. Contact us for further information and enquiries.
