Isotop® SE Pro sandwich elements
Isotop SE Pro Sandwich vibration damping pads are innovative vibration isolators characterised by their high stability and low weight. They typically consist of a pressure distribution plate and an isolating layer. The isolating layer is often made from lightweight materials such as polyurethane foam. The pressure distribution plates in sandwich elements are mainly produced from strong materials like aluminium, steel or fibre composites (e.g. glass fibre or carbon fibre) to distribute the load evenly.
Isotop® sandwich vibration damping pads are impressive
- High structural strength despite low weight, due to a combination of strong pressure distribution plates and lightweight isolating layers.
- Exceptional acoustic insulation properties – ideal for applications where sound control is important.
- Simple installation, low maintenance requirements and therefore lower operating costs.
The right Isotop® SE Pro sandwich elements for every application
- Sandwich vibration damping pads with high-quality vibration isolation for load ranges between 90 kg and 2050 kg.
- Overall height 51.5 mm.
- Isolating layer made from Sylomer® or Sylodyn® with 37.5 mm thickness.
- Natural frequency from 7.5 Hz.
- Electro-galvanised pressure distribution plate.
- 4 mm anti-slip mat.
- M12 internal thread. Contact us for further information and enquiries.
